Dr Teo Yong Chua
Dr Teo Yong Chua is a Senior Lecturer with the Natural Sciences & Science Education Department at the National Institute of Education, Singapore. He obtained his BSc. (Hons) and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore. His research is focused on developing new, sustainable catalytic systems for generating carbon-heteroatom bonds and C-H functionalization reactions.

Mr Roysmond Sim
Mr Roysmond Sim is an educator and NIE Teaching Scholars Programme (TSP) alumnus. After teaching at Ang Mo Kio Secondary School and gaining policy experience at MOE’s University Policy Branch, he currently serves as Assistant Year Head (Secondary 1) at Yuying Secondary School, where he focuses on student management, pastoral care, and the holistic development of students.

Masni Mah (Mdm)
Masni has over 25 years of experience in the Singapore Public Service, including 19 years as an Organisation Development practitioner and leader in the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Public Service Division. In her current role as the Senior Deputy Director of Talent and Career Development in MOE HR, she leads a team that identifies and develops high-potential officers in MOE HQ and schools to support their career growth within the education service.
