Mr. Eliot Lim, GovTech
Eliot is a dynamic Software Engineer from the Engineering Productivity (ENP) team within the Government Digital Services (GDS) division at GovTech. He brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insights from his vast experience in software development.
Mr. Roddy Kok, Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA)
Roddy is a Lead Consultant in CSA’s Cybersecurity Certification Centre, managing national certification schemes such as Singapore Common Criteria Scheme and Cybersecurity Labelling Scheme. Through the National Integrated Centre for Evaluation, Roddy is driving the development of the local security evaluation ecosystem. His interests are in security assurance for IT products, particularly cryptography and post-quantum threats. Prior to his stint in CSA, he was designing cryptographic architecture and developing cryptographic software.
Prof Terence Sim, National University of Singapore, Vice Dean, Office of Admissions, Associate Professor, School of Computing
A Principal Investigator at NUS Centre for Research in Privacy Technologies (N-CRiPT) Prof Sim, with his illustrious academic journey from MIT to Stanford and then to Carnegie Mellon University, is a leading figure in Computer Science. His research focuses on Biometrics, Computer Vision, and their Privacy implications. He is passionate about inspiring Singaporeans to pursue R&D careers.
