We have crossed the half-year mark of 2019 and we hope everyone is in high spirits, as we are.
We have come to that time of the year again when anxiety builds up as major exam dates approach. For some, this is also the time to start shopping for suitable scholarships to help them finance their further education as well as to secure the dream job at the end of their studies. We hope to continue providing you with helpful and comprehensive information on scholarship matters.
Recently, we carried out surveys to obtain valuable input from students and prospective scholars. We would like to thank those who have contributed to the surveys. Your feedback has added value to our magazine’s content and to our new enhanced web portal, which will be live very soon. We aim to be the first on your list when you research and act on scholarships.
This year, our second issue features profiles of current and previous scholars and shares insider advice on scholarship applications. Coming from diverse disciplinary backgrounds, these scholars’ stories will definitely provide students with a wider scope of scholarships and programmes to choose from.
The magazine also showcases many different organisations and the rewarding careers they offer. And as usual, we have included articles on matters and issues which are relevant and beneficial to would-be scholars. Read our articles on the common concerns and preparation required and get motivated and equipped before you attend that decisive scholarship interview.
We hope Scholarship Guide will continue to be your preferred resource of choice when you search, evaluate and apply for scholarships. We are accessible both online and in print and we will continue to make your scholarship search journey a smooth and efficient one. Be sure to keep an eye on more exciting things to come at upcoming schools’ career fairs.
We also take this opportunity to wish everyone sitting for major year-end examinations, the best success!
